Barak Diskin has built a robust career in real estate, showcasing a diverse skillset rooted in acquisitions, development, and strategic management. His expertise spans commercial and investment properties, with a focus on navigating complex deals and scaling operations globally. Starting at Decron Properties in Los Angeles, he rose to Director of Acquisitions, honing his ability to identify and secure high-value assets. By 2009, he was orchestrating his own deals, demonstrating entrepreneurial instincts and deal syndication savvy.
Diskin’s real estate prowess deepened when he helped start CloudKitchens, alongside Diego Berdakin and Sky Dayton. Once Travis Kalanick joined the company as CEO, Diskin moved from Head of Ops to Head of Real Estate where he oversaw acquisitions, design, development, construction, procurement, and property management. Leading the global expansion of specialized facilities across more than 20 countries, his work involved buying, building and managing over $2 billion in real estate.
Diskin’s is a skilled and adaptable entrepreneur, evident in his ability to pivot between real estate and tech ventures like MeUndies, which he co-founded with Jonathan Shokrian in 2011.
